I am me. Raw, authentic, expressed.
I feel my pleasure, I feel it all, I let life move through me as I am here to experience it all.
It wasn’t always this way though... I spent most of my life in a state of suffering. Seasons of depression, suicidal ideations and constant states of anxiety.
I was afraid to fully feel, to fully let life in. Told I was too sensitive, too emotional. When I realised the life was actually asking me to feel it all everything changed.
Love for self, love for life, love for my business and each incredible soul that chooses to experience my medicine.
My work is not for the faint of heart. It is for those who are ready to live a life of love, pleasure and purpose.
